The living room can impress upon the guests the personality of the inhabitants. The idea is to make the living room comfortable for anyone, inhabitants or guests. Start with the couch. The living room is the receiving area so it is a good idea to make the living room look used. Putting magazines in the coffee or side table would be nice.
